Paul is a consultant, business advisor and accredited investor with over 40 years of pharmaceutical and biotech research, marketing, new product development, commercialization and business development experience.
He is presently owner of PJ BioPharma Solutions and a Partner in BusStim ( https://www.busstim.com/), a virtual biotech accelerator.
Paul is an advisor and investor in numerous biotech and pharma companies, predominantly in the NJ and Philadelphia area.
Prior to his present endeavors, Paul was with Pfizer for nearly 30 years. He rose to VP, Early Commercial Development, and led teams that brought many Pfizer multibillion dollar products to market. Successes included Zyrtec, Diflucan, Aricept, Chantix, Lipitor, and Eliquis.
Paul was also responsible for many of Pfizer’s Primary Care Division business development deals including acquisitions, co-development and co-marketing collaborations as well as biotech licenses.
He was a key player in the Pfizer/BMS collaboration deal that made Eliquis the world leading anticoagulant.
